Placement of models and collections to be developed according to the capabilities and know-how of each factory.
Regular visit to our suppliers.
Constructively participate with solutions in the development of new products.

Monitoring of the production process

Daily communication with our customers and suppliers.
Obtain clear information from customers and suppliers, promoting healthy business communication.
Supervision of raw materials and accessories regarding their construction, color and quality.
Monitoring and control of execution of prototypes, sale samples, size-sets, pre-production samples, shipment samples, e production taking into account the specifications of our customers and their quality standards.
Compliance with delivery deadlines for collections and productions.

Coordination of shipments of goods.
Supply of packing lists, invoices and other documents.
Communication via video calls when situations require it, both with customers and suppliers.
Search for freight forwarders via air, land and sea according to the destinations for sending the goods with the customer.
